Laughing Our Way into Summer
Join Sandra Daitch, Certified Laughter Leader and Licensed Massage Therapist
for a fun,
energizing combination of guided interactive laughter exercises, stretching,
breathing, self massage and guided relaxation.
We'll also hear about some of
the benefits of laughter, including reducing stress and providing a
cardiovascular workout. New exercises, based on participants' interests, will be
developed at workshop. At the end, we'll have the opportunity to talk about our
experience and to socialize. This is a great way to celebrate the beginning of
Summer.

A Fun Energizing

Laughter
and Relaxation
Join Sandra Daitch, Certified Laughter Leader and
Licensed Massage Therapist, for a series of interactive laughter exercises,
stretching, and guided relaxation, followed by a guided seated massage exchange with
your partner. Focus of the massage will be the back, neck, shoulders, and
hands.
Sandra is available for private Laughter or Laughter and Massage for Health
and Relaxation workshops.

Daitch trained with Dr. Madan Kataria, the founder of the
International Laughter Club movement.
Sandra is also a
Licensed Massage Therapist and a Certified Somatic Experiencing
Practitioner, with offices in Arlington and Cambridge. She
leads various Laughter events, including “Laughter and Massage for
Health and Relaxation” for the public as well as for conferences
and workplaces.
Sandra's
other workshops include “Massage with a Partner,” “Infant
Massage” and " Stress Management and
Massage."
