FOR PEOPLE BRINGING LAUGHTER
INTO THEIR LIVES

Fall, 2005

Date, time, and frequency of meetings to be determined.
Meetings will last for 1 and 1/2 hours.
Minimum of 5 people needed to form group.

Who should attend:          Certified laughter leaders or people who have received some training in laughter yoga, or are regular members of a laughter club.

Purpose of the Group:          To meet with others trained in laughter yoga to: identify ways you can inspire laughter at work (W), home (H), in community (C), or personally (P) or WHCP   identify ways to develop/support laughter at WHCP   promote positive relationships at WHCP    use laughter and principles of positive living to de-escalate conflictual   situations at WHCP use laughter and principles of positive living to manage relationships   with business co-workers, colleagues, clients, family, friends and self use laughter and principles of positive living to manage stress

FEES: $35 per meeting

   

Lynn Caesar, Ph.D. is a licensed psychologist and a certified laughter leader through Dr. Kataria’s School of Laughter Yoga and the World Laughter Tour. She runs the Arlington Laughter club. She has been practicing psychotherapy with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families for more than 25 years. She has formally studied herbalism and offers the following programs to individuals, health care professionals, and organizations: healing depression naturally; laughter for stressed teens/families and for people with depression, cancer, and other illnesses; laughter and joy workshops for couples; stress management through laughter, laughter/joy coaching.
