Compassionate humor and laughter strategies will be provided to help improve quality of life and relationships. Participants will identify the physical, psychological, social, and spiritual benefits of laughter. They will participate in laughter exercises and other activities that encourage playfulness, fun, and joy. Participants will leave with tools to rekindle the capacity to laugh and smile again.

Lynn Caesar, Ph.D.Lynn Caesar, Ph.D. is a licensed psychologist practicing psychotherapy with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families for over 25 years. She has formally studied herbalism, Laughter Yoga, and is a certified laughter leader through Dr. Madan Kataria's school of Laughter Yoga and the World Laughter Tour. She has offices in Arlington and Sudbury, MA. She runs the Arlington Laughter club and provides consultation, workshops and trainings on laughter and holistic healing..
