When he was a teenager, his father had a talk with him at the beginning of the summer. "Son, when I was your age, I got a job in a bakery, and I held on to that job throughout the summer. I learned something very valuable from that job, and no pun intended but that's why today I'm rolling in dough. Now I want you to get a summer job and hold on to it till you learn something."
Next day the son wet out and got a job in the same bakery where his father was once employed. He worked for a day, quit and spent the rest of the summer hanging around the neighborhood swimming pool.
At the end of the summer, his father had another talk with him. He said, "Well son, what did you learn from the bakery job?"
"I learned how to loaf, dad."
